Chris LITTLE – Country Manager
Chris is the Country Manager for Coface Branch In Australia, he joined Coface Australia in 2007.
Before being appointed as the Country Manager role in May 2019, he worked in several roles in the company including Risk Underwriting, Information Analyst, Head of Account Management, and Commercial Director. Chris also completed a 6 month role as Commercial Director for Coface Japan in 2018.
Chris’ key external focus is on client relationship management by promoting Coface’s products, brand and client solutions. Internally, Chris focus is working with all teams to promote a culture of employee engagement, continuous improvement and success.
John Hesse – Financial Controller
John has a Commerce degree majoring in Accountancy from the University of Wollongong (UOW) and also holds qualifications of FCPA (Australia).
Having more than 30 years of work experience in financial reporting, finance operations and corporate governance, his experience is across a number of industries such as, construction, higher education, oil and gas exploration and general insurance.
As the financial controller of Coface Australia, he plays a key role in business planning & budgeting, stress testing, own risk and solvency assessments (ORSA), business continuity management & internal controls.
He is also responsible for management and regulatory reporting, investment and cash management & overseeing the finance operations, procurement procedures and matters relating to corporate tax laws & regulations.
Renee COX – Manager Risk Underwriting
Based in Australia, Renee co-manages the Risk Underwriting Team and is in charge of risk underwriting and portfolio risk management for Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
Renee started her Underwriting career in trade credit insurance industry almost 20 years ago. She worked in Coface UK and spent 10 years in the UK before moving back to Australia late 2006 and started with Coface early 2007. Renee has worked for Coface for 16 years.
Kim Hall – Claims and Collections Manager
Kim is the Claims and Collections Manager for Coface Australia. She started her trade credit insurance journey with Coface in 2008 and has 13 years’ experience.
Kim has held several roles in Coface, starting with collection’s analyst, progressing to team leader, Collection manager and finally Claims and Collection Manager.
Kim’s focus is building and fostering relationships, advocating and negotiating win-win scenarios internally and externally. She lives and breathes Coface’s core values: Client focus, Expertise, Collaboration, Courage and Accountability.
Roberto Bastos – Enhanced Information Center Manager
Roberto is the manager of the EIC department for Coface Australia since 2018. He holds a master degree in economics from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV) University in Rio de Janeiro, and a MBA degree from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) - UNSW.
Having more than 10 years’ experience in credit space in different markets where he started his career with one of the largest banks in Latin America, he is now responsible for the credit and financial analysis supporting the underwriting of credit risk in Australia and New Zealand.
Jemma Boyle – Commercial Director
Jemma joined Coface in 2012. Her extensive knowledge and experience cover the whole spectrum of the commercial realm, from account management, portfolio development, system and product training to winning large deal.
Her focus is on operational improvements towards greater efficiency and to continually improve the customer experience with Coface.
Jemma was promoted to Commercial Director in 2019 with a consistent record to overachieve the targets. She is also a frequent winner of internal employee awards, recognizing her contribution to local business as well as to the APR region, including APR Star Award on clients focus and collaboration in 2019, CEO awards Q3 2018 and Regional employee of the quarter in 2016.
Maureen Moss - HR Manager
As the HR Manager of Coface branch in Australia, Maureen’s key responsibilities include team and personal development, values and culture, health and wellbeing, and recruitment and talent management.
She joined Coface 15 years ago. With over 30 years’ experience working with clients as consultant, trainer, coach and HR, Maureen enjoys working closely with the team in Australia and supports the leadership team to achieve high performance and outstanding results.
